GENERAL PROVISIONS OF WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS

The warranty does not cover the cost of shipping fuel equipment to the repair site

The warranty does not cover the costs of repairs performed at a third-party service

Warranty obligations do not include refunds for repairs

Warranty for used parts is provided exclusively by the manufacturer (if presented)

The warranty does not apply if the client refuses to perform the recommended work and replace other spare parts

Obligations of the client

☑ Perform installation of fuel equipment, namely (injectors, PNVT, rail) at a specialized service, which, if necessary, can provide a certificate of completed work

☑ Make sure there is no debris, sand, shavings, or abrasive in the fuel system

☑ Replace the fuel filter

☑ Install the appropriate copper washers under the nozzles (new)

☑ Follow the advice of our service specialists

REPAIR OF FUEL EQUIPMENT

Failure of the electrical components of the equipment (electromagnet, valve, piezo element) is not a warranty case!

Factors that void the warranty on fuel equipment:

1. Lack of a test plan

2. The presence of abrasive material in the fuel system (chips, sand)

3. Presence of water in the fuel system

4. The presence of dirt in the fuel system

5. Diesel fuel of poor quality, or incompatible fuel

6. Engine malfunction (e.g. overheating, use of oil or antifreeze in the combustion chamber)

7. Incorrect installation of fuel equipment

8. Mechanical damage to the equipment

9. Refusal to comply with the given recommendations regarding the installation of fuel equipment

10. In the event of a violation of seals, warranty obligations regarding previous repair and restoration work become invalid, the cost of repair and restoration work is paid by the Customer

Exchange and return of goods

Be sure to inspect the product at the delivery point for damage!!!

According to the "Law of Ukraine on the Protection of Consumer Rights", you have the opportunity to return/exchange a product of proper quality within 14 days from the moment of purchase.

The exchange/return of the product takes place exclusively in the presence of a document that confirms the fact of purchasing the product on our site. In addition, you need to make sure that:

  • the product was not in use and was not mounted on a car or on any other technical device
  • the integrity and appearance of the packaging or any of its components were not damaged
  • all labels, seals and factory markings are preserved.

In the event that a product malfunction or defect is detected at the time of installation on a car, exchange/return is possible only if the original documents are available:

  • conclusion of the technical service station regarding the installation of the product on the car and identifying the defect of the product
  • copies or photographs of the license of the service station for assembly of goods and servicing of this type of vehicle
  • a document confirming the fact of purchasing the product on our website
